About Me
Someone once asked me, “If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?”
I said I’d make it so that everyone lives as the most fully expressed version of themselves. Because when we show the world who we really are, our light shines the brightest. We live our purpose. We spread love and joy in ways that ripple far beyond us.
I know that sounds dreamy and idealistic, but it’s my truth.
Here’s what’s also true about me:
-
Movement is at the core of my being — I grew up dancing and performing.
-
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with over 100 classes taught.
-
I’m trained in Contact Beyond Contact and Integrative Somatic Arts — practices that bridge movement, healing, and connection.
-
I have a Master of Science in Nutrition from Tufts University.
-
I spent five years developing stories and executive communications on the U.S. Nutrition Programs.
-
I’m a Virgo — grounded earth energy + a recovering perfectionist.
My journey of reclaiming movement, from something performative, at times even punishing, to something deeply healing, inspired me to walk this path of movement leadership.
And my wellbeing journey led me to understand that eating well and exercising don’t lead to true wellness if we’re living in a chronic state of disconnection and overwhelm. This realization motivated me to serve others on their path of true wellbeing.
I’ve learned along the way that the same principles that guide embodied wellbeing — listening deeply, creating safety, moving with intention — also make for powerful, heart-centered communications. As a content strategist and storyteller, I help mission-driven organizations share their voices with clarity and heart.
I love to collaborate so let's work together to create a fully expressed world — vibrant, connected, and in alignment with our true nature.
