About Me

Someone once asked me, “If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?”

I said I’d make it so everyone lives as the most fully expressed version of themselves. When we show the world who we really are, our light shines brightest. We live our purpose. We spread love and joy in ways that ripple far beyond us.

Here’s a little more about me:

  • Movement is at the core of my being — I grew up dancing and performing.

  • I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with 100+ classes taught.

  • I’m trained in Contact Beyond Contact and Integrative Somatic Arts — practices that bridge somatic movement, healing, and connection.

  • I teach Classical Pilates with a focus on embodied, mindful movement. 

  • I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from Tufts University.

  • I spent five years developing stories and executive communications for U.S. nutrition programs.

  • I’m a Virgo — grounded earth energy + recovering perfectionist.

 

My journey with movement evolved from something performative — at times even punishing — to something deeply healing. That path inspired me to lead and guide others in movement and embodied wellbeing.

I’ve learned that eating well and exercising alone don’t create true wellness if we’re living in disconnection or overwhelm. This realization is what drives my work: supporting others in reclaiming their embodiment, energy, and presence.
